Our recreation facilities are open the public without discrimination, offering equal and unobstructed use to all members of the public without regard to race, color, religious creed or national origin.

This project was built and is operated for the production of electricity. As a result, river flow levels vary throughout the day, and reservoir levels may fluctuate daily, weekly, or seasonally.

The public is welcome to utilize our recreational facilities on a day-use basis only under the following conditions:

1. All public laws and regulations concerning fires, safety and health shall be strictly observed.
2. Swimming in designated areas only. All uses of the facilities are at your own risk.
3. Fires are allowed only in fireplaces or grills. All fires shall be extinguished.
4. Please carry out what you carry in. Please keep trash off the property and out of the water.
5. No trespassing in restricted or posted areas.
6. Watercraft shall be launched in designated areas only, subject to access restrictions by owner.
7. Watercraft shall be operated so as to comply with local, state and federal regulations.
8. Watercraft shall remain a safe distance from the dam and shall observe all warning signs/devices.
9. No moorings are allowed. Any watercraft left overnight will be towed at the owner's expense.
10. No overnight camping is allowed. Vehicles left after closing will be towed at the owner's expense.
11. All public regulations concerning nuisances and/or objectionable behavior will be enforced
12. Recreation areas may be closed to additional cars or people if the areas or facilities are full.
13. Proper attire is required.

The above rules are subject to revision from time to time, or may be revoked as required by proper authority.
